Why isn’t my event showing up on the website?

Events might not show up for a few reasons – no scheduled shows for that date, the artist isn’t promoted by Fiddler’s Green, or spelling errors in your search. Try searching by city or zip code instead.

What’s Quick Pass?

Quick Pass skips the long entry line. Look for the special entrances at the North or South Gates. Every person needs their own Quick Pass. It’s not early access – just a faster way in once the gates open.

Where is accessible seating?

Accessible seats are in sections 101, 102, 103, 202, 204, and on the lawn. Promoter ticket limits apply.

What time zone is used?

All times are in Mountain Time.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the concert calendar?

Subscribe to email updates for presales and event info. Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email to opt out.

What happens if my tickets are lost or damaged?

Call the venue before the show. They can help with tracking or solutions. 

What happens if an event gets cancelled or postponed?

Refunds are processed at the point of purchase.

Text FIDDLERS411 to 888777 to sign up for updates about traffic and weather. Stop anytime by replying “stop.” The good news? Concerts only run in the summer, including June, July, and August when the weather is beautiful. 

What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing. No paper tickets, no hassle. Use the app for ticket management, transfers, and resale.

Are nursing accommodations available?

Yes, the venue offers a Nursing Suite through UCHealth. Visit the South Plaza and ask security for the access code.
