Freestyle Colorado Festival presents a plethora of outstanding performers who made waves in the world of pop, R&B, and soul. This retro revival event features headliners who rose to prominence during the ‘90s with their incredible chart-performing hits. Freestyle Colorado Festival will take place at the iconic Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre. The famous venue is known for hosting large-scale events thanks to its vast concert grounds that can accommodate up to 18,000 spectators. The amphitheater is currently Denver’s largest concert grounds.
The sensational Stevie B will take the stage on Saturday, 9th September, and deliver some fantastic hits that dominated the airwaves during the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. His set is anticipated to feature iconic singles, like “Dreamin’ of Love,” “Spring Love (Come Back to Me),” “In My Eyes,” “Love & Emotion,” and his Billboard Hot 100 number 1 song, “Because I Love You (The Postman Song).” Aside from older hits, Stevie B is also expected to offer some recent releases like “Spring Love 2013,” “Changing Faces,” “Freestyle,” and more.
Since releasing his debut album, Party Your Body, in 1988, Stevie B has produced and released 16 highly-acclaimed studio albums, three of which went gold in the U.S. His 36-year career has also created a lasting legacy. Today, his music is still being enjoyed by millions of music fans worldwide.
Lisa Lisa also rose to prominence during the ‘80s. She was the lead singer for her New York-based band Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, which performed contemporary pop and soul. The band had a successful run from 1984 to 1991 and released four studio albums, including the platinum-selling self-titled debut and Spanish Fly. During the ‘90s, Lisa Lisa pursued her solo career and released LL77 and Life ‘N Love.
