Hey there, Englewood! Hey Colorado! We just wanted to say - Happy birthday! Wait - you’re telling me it isn’t your forty-fifth birthday? Are you sure? Well gosh, maybe we read our calendar wrong… oop! Nope! It’s just the 45th birthday of our favorite radio station, 98.5 Kygo! And now that you’re here, why don’t you stay awhile? Why don’t you come and enjoy the show!?

This year on Sunday July 6th we’re bringing back our annual hoedown right here in Englewood’s Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre for a rocking showcase of country mayhem that’s sure to be the talk of the town. We’re dubbing it as our beloved country music radio’s 45th Birthday Bash, but you can just call it a good time in the sunshine! Featuring Koe Wetzel, Kip Moore, and a ton of other country men and women far and wide - you’ll want to make sure you’re here for this one.

All of us here at The Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, located right here in Englewood Colorado (just a short ride from Denver!) are so excited to welcome 98.5, the K-Y-G-O, the only radio station to go to for country music, back to the Green for another year of celebrations and birthday madness on Sunday July 6th. The radio station began on July 7th 1980, and for the past four and a half decades has been giving us the best country hits, sultry back road sounds,new discoveries for our playlists, and the most recognizable radio hosts all throughout Colorado. The Kygo Birthday Bash #45 is guaranteed to be filled with all your favorite contemporary country and red dirt artists in the scene - including performances from our headliner Koe Wetzel, Kip Moore, and more that we’ll get into below.

Our venue has been the perfect place for this event over the years. And as we’ve seen the festival grow to be the premiere place to go for Colorado Country, and the best place to hang out with your friends during the hot Denver days of peak summertime. With a capacity of 18,000 and a combo of traditional chair seats and lots of lawn space to dance around in, you can’t go wrong with coming and hanging on the green all day, sipping your favorite drink and protecting your face with your favorite ten gallon.
